The day that Claudia killed a mouse in the front room, we knew it was time to get some cats. (Yes, she really did kill a mouse--I try not to cross her, who knows what she could do to me!). Anyway, here they are: Hickory and Polly Honey Cat.
Kittens are fun and a lot less work than puppies. Where have they been all my life?

So that makes one dog, two cats, three kids... sounds busy at your house! They are all very cute (cats, dog, and kids)
Hey Jessi, So glad to find you back to blogging again. I've been enjoying your puppy...Thoren Oakenshield?...Where did that come from? Now you're into kittens...I can highly recommend the combination. Always had dogs till married. Then Brad talked me into getting a cat for our apartment. I've had them ever since & love my purring babies as much as my barking ones. Christine & Si had such a great time with you. I'll have them here, for just a couple of days, in 2 weeks. I can hardly wait! I'm designing & sewing a shark costume for 'you know who'.
BTW, I adore reading your comments on life with children. Right now, I'm curious bout how Claudia killed the mouse! Keep photographing your kids, crafts, quilts, knitting projects, etc. They bring a pleasant variety to my life!
It is a lot of small folks, but the kittens can at least toilet themselves...
Thorin Oakenshield is apparently from the Hobbit (I'm not a fan, but Diego and Al are).
I'll tell the full story of Claudia and the mouse one of these days...
I can't believe you got cats. I promised one to Talia when she got a baby brother and it never materialized. I want to-- I really like them-- but I have a hard enough time keeping the house clean as it is... Plus we go away so much. I guess that's about to slow waaaaaay down so maybe after this pregnancy (NO WAY Ron is cleaning the litter box!) we will find some...
